Call For Facilitators

Note: This information is for facilitators who have already been certified and have successfully completed the FOR-PD Facilitator Training and Certification Course.

The Call for Facilitators begins on the first day the FOR-PD course registration opens and lasts until one week before registration closes.

For spring 2010, the Call for Facilitators begins on November 2, 2009 and will last until December 11, 2009.

If you wish to facilitate a section for the sping 2010 semester, please let us know by filling out this form. Facilitators will be chosen for a spring section after the holidays and will be notified by Wednesday, January 6, 2010.

You will not receive an email confirmation that your name was submitted until after the call is over and all of the data sent via this form has been collected. You should not expect an email confirmation until December 15. If you do not receive an email by that date, but registered through the web form, feel free to email us at forpdfac@mail.ucf.edu.
